Hey, I'm Nathan! A Product Designer with a love for anything creative!

I study UI/UX Design and Psychology @ UC Davis, and I'm currently based in San Francisco (born and raised)!

I originally studied animation and illustration as I've always loved visual art and storytelling. My interests eventually led me to branch out and explore design. Joining a human-centered design club helped me discover what I really enjoy about it: using creativity to solve problems for people.

Since then, I've become especially interested in understanding how people think, behave, and interact with the things around them. I love taking those observations and turning them into thoughtful and intuitive experiences that make something a little easier, clearer, or more meaningful.

I've also explored other ways to create impact through leadership and mentorship. I'm currently guiding and mentoring beginner designers in UI/UX fundamentals! I'm also leading a team of designers for our university's upcoming hackathon! Through mentoring designers, I've discovered my love for helping people develop their skills, experiment with their ideas, and build confidence in their own creative voice!
